Americans are Stunned Watching Their Country’s Economy Collapse

Obamas experiment on the American people with no facts to support that big government works to stimulate an economy headed into Depression is taking a risk with the lives of all Americans.  Taking the economic collapse as an opportunity to create socialism on a grand scale a selfish goal in lieu of the lives and prosperity of a free society that has always prospered when the individuals were allowed to reach their potential without government dictating their lives, is a sad day in American Democracy.

America is waking up to the facts, socialism has hit their shores and they are the cause of it!  Obama has told Americans he was voted in to promote change and now Americans see how their lives must change.  A once proud people free of the shackles of Government intrusion into their pocket must now lose their job, watch others lose theirs, hold out their tin cups for the offerings from the Messiah and learn what a big mistake they have made.

Since the media won’t print what is happening people will see for themselves the collapse of the American economy as change grips their lives.

America’s 1929 Great Depression GDP declined 8.6 percent in 1930, 6.4 percent in 1931 and 13 percent in 1932.

In 2009 todays Great Depression we are seeing a 6.2 percent plunge in the fourth quarterGDP – plus a similar decline estimated for the current quarter!

The economy is now sinking three to five times faster than they’re forecasting for the year.

The White House projects a 2009 federal budget deficit of $1.75 trillion. If you assume the average private forecast of a 2 percent GDP decline, in the next four quarters or 14% GDP drop for the year, the deficit automatically grows beyond $4 trillion. If 2009′s GDP continues in the 6.2 percent rate of decline now underway, it will create a deficit that will make the depression of 1929 look like a walk in the park in the good ol days.

Obama cannot possibly tax enough to cover the rise of all this red ink, or CAN HE!  When the richest tax payers run out of cash guess who is next?   How can anyone expect the size of government doubeling without paying for it, but funny thing there are no jobs, business has contracted to meet the needs of its tyrant, and watch TV at the end of the economy as they knew it.

This year’s budget deficit, swollen by spending to combat a severe recession, is projected to  hit a record $1.75 trillion, or 12.3 percent of the overall economy, the highest since 1945. Next year’s deficit is anticipated to  approach $1.2 trillion.

The government’s explosion in borrowing will drive real rates of interest sharply higher, to fund Obama’s trillions of dollars in social programs and earmarks, none of which creates real lasting jobs. There is now a competition for money in the international market as all nations seek funds to bail out their own economies.

When interest rates go up, everyone is affected, just a few percentage points rise can quickly neutralize or eliminate any few hundred dollars of benefits derived from the government’s stimulus spending, lets not forget Obama’s  $1 trillion in new taxes on the highest earners, defined as families with gross income of more than $250,000 a year.  70% of those wage earners are small  business who are now trimming their operating expenses to stay in business as the economy contracts.  Is this tax package going to be an incentive to expand and create new jobs? No!

When the government pumps money into defaulting households or failing banks, the lucky few who get government aid are able to borrow at lower interest rates, while those who have been paying their mortgage on time are funding their neighbors benefit.  They are not eligible for government money, and must pay much higher rates than they’d pay otherwise.

The people who did not cause this economic collapse will have to sit by and watch as government programs grow to fund those who caused the problelm.  The people who are too proud to put their hand out for a dime, those who helped their neighbor without asking will watch their freedom of choice be eroded into a Democracy hyjacked by Marxism.
