Have Americans lost their concept of freedom?  Has the onslaught of bills to be paid, the owing to others the obedient payment of their debts and meeting their responsibilities of normal every day life confused them about freedom?  What it is to be free without a monkey on your back, or have Americans become accustom to listening to the monkey telling you that you can’t do it on your own!

As a child desires to be free of their parents oversight and make a way for themselves in the world, they want to taste freedom.  The US constitution set up a framework to keep government out of the lives of Americans, but that document has been disgraced over time by liberal majorities, where an unpaid for nanny state has been created where the monkey tells you, “you can’t do it on your own, we have a program for that!’  Creating trillions in unfunded mandates of social programs now attempting to nationalize healthcare that is currently financially solvent.

Have people forgotten that in the private sector if you don’t like your doctor you can choose another?  Under government programs administered by a burocracy you can take your complaints to the office of monkey business then wait for a call back, and sit down and shut up!

Where is the logic in government control of healthcare that fiscally supports itself while its government counter part Medicare and Medicaid are headed into bankruptcy.  The government monkeys have not proven themselves fiscally responsible, nor able to be efficient and effective in running any government program and Americans are to sit ideally by and give them the key to decisions of life and death!

The public schools churn out students who have been taught by political monkeys like Bill Ayres, to believe in the statist goals that to be free one needs the governments help. Many  Americans infected with the monkey virus have lost the flame of freedom in their hearts.  Thank god it burns bright in others, and in the hearts and minds of our brave soldiers, those current and those whose bravery and blood have given us this freedom many hold dear and cherish above all things.

America is in the grip of tyranny; her elected officials will not listen to those who elected them.  Many are confronting their elected officials angry over the flagrant spending programs that  threaten their freedom, as many know firsthand the chains of debt bring slavery, from and to the bank or to the state.

There is a change blowing in the wind!  It appears that the liberals have their hands full when they hold town meetings, because people are not happy with the monkey’s rhetoric.  However, even a liberal (monkey) republican like Mike Castle (R-Del.) who found himself in a confrontation earlier this month with a “birther” protester, and insist that Republicans face a backlash of their own if it appears the party is too closely aligned with tea party activists or other conservative-oriented protesters.

This monkey has lost touch with the reality of freedom.  He is one of the many now in elected office who believes that it is a patriotic duty to obey the monkey speak, pay taxes and shut up.  Do not follow your heart that knows freedom exists in the heart of men and women not to be administered by the state.  Why respect those ancestors who fought and died so their brethren could live free without the incessant political  monkey speak in their ear. But to many if not most elected politicians, their motto is, “if you can’t give it to the people, who can you give it to!”

This is the current state of affairs in America, political monkeys believe that they know what is best rather than listening to the people who elected them into office.  Recently, police were called on a group of retirees who refused to leave Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s West Los Angeles office until she talked to them about health care reform.  She never did, even though she was in her office!

The liberal elected monkeys have turned their backs on those who elected them into office.  They listen only to the big PAC’s, the unions, big business lobbiests and have been raiding the treasury in a form Maddoff would be proud of, their time and term of power, control and misrepresentation is running out.

The flame of American freedom, the pride in the fact that any man or woman can do and create great things in America, is about to be put out, all because people have forgotten what it is to be free, or have they?

A fed up electorate has let the monkeys run the zoo now they must put them back in their cages, or live with them on their backs forever!

What is the sound of one hand clapping?  It is a Marxist President that hits his head against a wall of Americans who do not want the more government that  he is selling.  Americans have come to understand that they must pull in their fiscal belts, cut costs and be careful on what they spend, what little they have,  as the economy continues to worsen.

Comrade President Obama uses his big government spending to suck more revenue out of the economy in programs that do not incentivize business to recover or make any attempts at expansion, as business growth will be taxed, and the government healthcare program being pushed by the Marxist in Chief will do nothing but expand government further resulting in higher taxes.

Americans have had enough of Comrade Obama’s face splattered on walls like Saddum Hussain’s billboards throughout Iraq, like Hitler’s picture in Nazi Germany, Stalin and Castro did the same thing, they were the cheerleaders of programs that only they wanted at someone else’s expense.  The mainstream media has become a propaganda machine of the Socialist Party in congress and Americans are waking up to this fact.

The President’s approval rating has dropped twenty points to 50%, from a high six months ago.  People are now trying to understand what he is saying in between the slick delivery and they are finding no leadership, no explanations, and can see his big spending Marxist “stupidity.”

As the country’s economic system and many states are on the brink of bankruptcy the Comrade in Chief can’t seem to talk his way out of the political bag he has placed over his head.

Obama knows and speaks of the issues that deepen “some long-standing ideological divisions in our Congress and, frankly, in our society.”  That are holding up his healthcare reform legislation, he just lives in a Marxist-fascist world and cannot understand why American is not buying into his massive government spending program, where individuals personal records and health decisions will be under some faceless nameless government bureaucrats control,  where government takes over one-seventh of the US economy, and the healthcare system is the best in the world!

While Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security all government run programs are and have been in the red for years, the question arises why would and sane American place health care under governments control?  Why allow government to compete with the private sector for health care when the only one telling America the system is broken is the Marxist in Chief?

Could it be possible that the President is orchestrating a lid on any economic recovery with unworkable stimulus programs? Does he see unemployment numbers soar and take them as a sign that there will be more people looking for government handouts and he can strong arm them into supporting his government healthcare reform because they lost their coverage?

As the economy worsens, the Marxist in Chief acts as his fascist ideology will be the brass ring that Americans grab for, to save themselves, while riding the downward spiraling carrousel of economic depression.

The Obamacare legislation has money in the form of a pay-as-you-go measure, known as pay-go and endorsed by Comrade President Obama, because he proclaims it will force Washington to “make tough choices” and “help bring our fiscal house in order.”  All the while in the details one can find Obama’s Marxist fingers in the money pie.

As with all Obama programs they sound so reasonable but he never provides the details, even when questioned point blank, well they are preapproved questions by the White House press corps.

The key provision of pay-go require that any new tax cut or entitlement increase would be paid for by an offsetting reduction in other programs or a tax hike.

The bill says that at the end of the year, if Congress has spent more on new entitlements or tax cuts than it has saved, the president can roll back or sequester the excess. But the Congressional Budget Office, the official scorekeeper, warned in a July 14 memo that, as introduced, the bill might allow spending to increase — and by a staggering amount.

“In effect,” it said, “that rule would allow the Congress to enact legislation that would increase deficits by an amount in the vicinity of $3 trillion over the 2010-2019 period without triggering a sequestration.”

The reason is that the bill exempts from pay-go all of the spending involved in Medicare physician payments and all of the revenue dependent on estate and gift taxes, the alternative minimum tax for individuals and the administration’s plan to continue the middle-income tax cuts of 2001 and 2003.

Also, pay-go legislation is not accompanied by any cap on congressional discretionary spending. That means the 40 percent of the budget reflected in annual appropriations bills for ongoing or new government programs does not have to be paid for with either cuts to other programs or tax increases.  Medicare payments and corresponding cuts to other programs or tax increases would be given wavers by congress allowing runaway spending to continue into the trillions.

While Obama and his Marxist cohorts in congress commit more financial treason than Bernie Maddoff ever dreamed of, they need money to stay in power.  This Obamacare legislation will provide more money for propaganda to keep his TV face time on-going.

In his few six month in office he has spent more time on the TV Tube than former President George W. Bush.  This guy has turned into a commercial nightmare with more inconsistencies, exaggerations, and outright lies than you can shake a stick at.

What would Obama do if the Marxists in congress get kicked out of office in 2010 for financial treason?

As Americans have watched the economic assault on their country by their Marxist-fascist leaders an interesting trend is revealing itself.  The complete inconsistency of the liberals arguments for their economic causes are not rooted in logic or common sense but ideology, distortion of facts, and lies are the vehicle of change and hope!  This is a common theme to repressive regimes and as in the case of most all countries that fall to Marxist-fascist ideology the people believe their leaders rhetoric to be true until it is too late.

Consider the health care debate:

“The President said that rising health care costs are an imminent threat to our economy and that any reform must reduce these long-term costs. But CBO has made clear once again that the Democrats’ bills in Congress aren’t reducing costs and in fact could just make the problem worse.”

While America has the greatest health care in the world with more innovation and technology to save lives than any other country on earth, White House budget director Peter Orszag states, “The point of the proposal, however, was never to generate savings over the next decade. … Instead, the goal is to provide a mechanism for improving quality of care for beneficiaries and reducing costs over the long term,”

Or how about the proposal to tax the health insurance policies of a top few Goldman Sachs executives who receive policies worth $40,000 each, “That’s one way you control health-care costs.”  So when the insurance companies are hit with this new tax are they going to do what they do now to cover the insurance of illegal aliens, they raise the cost on all other coverage’s to subsidize the cost override, ultimately causing health care expenses to rise on all policies due to government involvement.

These inconsistent misleading arguments are waking the silent majority to the realization they are being misrepresented, taken for fools, and lied to!

How can a country, business, or individual borrow money and spend its way to prosperity, as the Comrade President and his democratic and republican allies in the house and senate have approved.  At a cost of trillions in bank and financial bailouts, non-performing stimulus giveaways, nationalization of the auto industry by purchasing bad debt and now these Marxists are attempting to control one-seventh of the US economy by nationalizing healthcare!

As Comrade President Obama’s “Stupidity” comment brings home the fact that there is a racist in the White House, perhaps a few of the nazi-zealots under his command will see they are cutting their own throats.  This would be too good to be true, however in the state they are creating, freedom and liberty and protections there to, are soon to be crimes against the state run federal government, by way of example, if you do not take the federal governments healthcare program you will be fined!

Obama’s vaunted, high tech political machine and the coordinated network of progressive groups has been quietly preparing for months for this battle. They face, on the other side, a bruised Republican camp hoping to revive itself through a winning campaign against their opponents’ top priority.

As America faces rising unemployment to levels not seen since the Great Depression, the highest foreclosure rate since the 1930′s, the largest corporations in finance and the auto industry nationalized by government, congress passed the largest deficit spending bills than the combined GDP of all other nation’s on earth, with currently 19 states in such weak financial circumstances that if spending is not approved in one week paychecks may not be issued and some government offices will shut down, now Congress is set to pass the largest tax increase, cap and trade in US history!

Not far behind is the $1.5 trillion national health care bill that will ruin the greatest health care industry in the world by putting it under bankrupt government control, along with Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Hardest hit under Cap and Trade taxation will be manufacturing states, coal producing states, and low-income Americans, who devote more of their disposable income to energy.  When the price of gasoline goes above $5.00 per gallon, when electricity costs rise 10 percent, when unemployment passes 15 percent this tax will still be in effect!  England is trying to back away from the estimated $1,300 per year green tax that has been in place for years.  States that rely on heat in the winter or air conditioning in the summer will have their residents paying the biggest tax burden.

As Warren Buffet indicated yesterday, as reported here, “the economy is in shambles.”

Why not allow Comrade President Obama and the American Politburo to drive the US economy into depression with the highest tax upon Americans at any time in history?  When people are out of work, losing their homes, and business are weighing the bottom line to keep their doors open, why not charge  higher taxes?  The greater the calamity the more government control will be necessary to control liberty and freedom in the name of the collective good.

The American economy is so fragile that it cannot sustain a systemic strike to the heart of the country’s ability to recover from this major economic catastrophe by governments direct  increase on the cost of energy.  Energy is the engine that drives every economy on earth.  Those that have the greatest and least expensive supply will out perform any other economy.

As South Carolina’s governor Mark Sanford admits to an extramarital affair, the Marxist-fascist President and Democratic Politburo in congress are not admitting to their vampire legislation and acts of treason they have allowed to transpire in the name of the public good, contrary to the constitution.

All Americans will work for the government for seven months before they can put a dime in their own pockets, as taxation sucks the blood out of the economy and the life force out of its people.

It is time to head for the hills, get out of the congested suburbs, buy a gun and be ready for the Greatest Depression in American History.  When cap and trade and health care taxes pass the Politburo and are signed into law by the Dictator in Chief, the economy will take a major nose dive from which there will be no return.

With Politburo financing national community outreach programs, the major media outlets under White House control, those who believe in words will be duped.  Those who believe actions speak louder than words will see the devistation that has been brought to this country by the election of Dracula and his Congressional Brides!

People are finally beginning to realize Comrade President Obama’s economic strategy, that by destroying the economy with more government, necessitating feeding off higher taxes and greater foreign debt the resulting damage to business will provide the government with “easy pickens” by rescuing failed firms, actually  nationalizing them.

Although he says he is not in favor of this, as did Hitler, he is not outlining how these firms will again regain their freedom to compete in the market place.  By placing in strategic management positions young campaign associates, actually liberal zealots, with completely no experience other than campaigning, who are leaving in the same positions people that caused business mistakes in the first place.  However, these people are loyal to “the Party.”  While in the example of the auto industry closing republican Chrysler dealerships was the rage, these socialist neophytes act as if they were the Messiah himself, even if they do carry the same arrogance.

So by controlling business via government policy that forces them out of business, they are following the Warren Buffet model of acquisition. He used the federal inheritance tax policy to acquire businesses just before thay were to be taxed to death, so to speak.   Here the Obama fascists are acquiring the too big to fails with government bailout dollars, actually taxpayer funds but held by the government, like Nazi Germany, or Cuba or Venezuela, has done because they are about to go out of business.

Comrade President Obama never tells the taxpayer how the money he has stolen from them will be returned or if it were returned how he would be given back, lower taxes would be out of the question.

Back to the Obama Fascist Model, the new pay czar, an American term now, although truly with dictatorial connotations, is intending new pay scales for all nationalized companies a template to be cast upon all US business.

But one business professional Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer went to Washington to announce what Microsoft would do if Comrade President Obama’s multinational tax policy is enacted. “It makes U.S. jobs more expensive,” Ballmer said, “We’re better off taking lots of people and moving them out of the U.S.”

If Microsoft, has to abandon the U.S. in order to survive Comrade President Obama’s hunger for greater businesses acquisitions in his drive to socialize America, what companies are going to stay?

Corporate tax rates for US firms are over 10 percentage points higher than other major developed nations.  Although the make up for part of this disadvantage is by a current tax code that allows a business to set up a subsidiary in a low tax country that provides untaxed reinvestment as long as the funds remain off shore. Comrade President Obama and his National Socialist Labor Party in Congress want to penalize international business by taxing this offshore income at US tax rates.  This will completely cripple US business internationally because they will no longer be competitive.

Then when they are about to go bankrupt the government because of National Security concerns will offer bailout money and acquire, oh yes, on behalf of taxpayers, yet another plumb enterprise for its taxpayer portfolio.  What does it matter that they will never see a return but only the loss of freedom, liberty and property.

It doesn’t matter to “the Party,” that this foreign capital investment provides a greater domestic employee compensation, or greater domestic exports and R&D spending that has been backed up by Harvard studies.  What matters to the Party of Marxist-fascist’s is control of American society by seizing corporations in the name of the taxpayer, with the lie that they will somehow benefit or that there will be a pay back.  This is all Dictator double talk and the naive American innocent and unaware are allowing rape, pillage and plunder to happen without a word.

In the worst economic times since the Great Depression Comrade President Obama and his “Socialist Party” are attempting changes that will destroy American business when it is needed most to revitalize the economy.  However, as Microsoft has warned, it will leave America if these corporate taxes are raised and no doubt so will many other corporations in a effort to survive the Obama-Nazi Purge of capitalism from the shiny shores of America.  America will be left with such a debt and such taxation that its children will read about “Glory Days” of American history, if the State allows such books to be read in schools!

Soon Government will not be collecting sufficient taxes from constituents.  As shown by California’s Legislature government cannot cut its social programs that have created a sea of red ink on its balance sheet.  Now that prosperous times are over the liberal progressives in control of government cannot bear to cut the pork from their precious welfare and environment entitlement programs.  The California taxpayers in a liberal state cannot take any more taxation, they have proven they are mad as hell and are watching their representative’s actions for the necessary spending cuts to non-essential programs.

Liberal progressive priorities are out of touch with common sense as the California’s Governor is calling for borrowing from property tax revenue from cities and counties.  The only cuts discussed are from schools, letting prisoners out early, and cuts in police and fire.  Were governments to attack the massive inefficiency due to absurd labor contracts there may be a start to reform.  For example, state workers at prisons who are “boiler engineers” will not sweep the floor, screw in a light bulb, or do anything that is not in their job description.  If a bolt needs tightening in another department it will not be fixed by a boiler engineer, he will sit at his desk with his feet up and say “not my job!”

Comrade President Obama has ensured labor a seat at the head of the government table with a redefining of contracts where government can subjugate the law to its own power demands.  Governments process of corporate debt restructuring and recent interventions in such restructurings as Chrysler and GM is leading to market concerns that rights of senior creditors such as bondholders are being undermined by preferential treatment of junior creditors  union pension liabilities as junior lien holders are now in senior positions.

The US government is about to lose its triple A bond rating due the disastrous financial shape it has created by debt creation and California has been downgraded my Moody’s such that it cannot even get a loan without guarantees by the Federal Government.  This will do nothing to assist the Federal government’s bond rating and no matter what the Washington politicians say Moody’s analysis will be a ringing bell above the eloquent tongue flapping of Obama.  The US government is now following the State of California because of politicians that will not cut spending but rely on tax increases so that government can survive and politicians can stay in power.

The liberal progressives in power on the state and federal levels will not cut spending.  They have been paid by special interests for years to create these programs in the first place.  The lobbying to keep programs over cutting programs will be extremely intense but will not follow the rule of common sense but of special interest money. The need to find the easy way out via taxation and borrowing that has been the hallmark of government will continue until the population faced with abject tyranny revolts at the voting booth.  As California looks to pilfer revenues from Cities and Counties as Stated by Governor Schwarzenegger, so will the Federal Government steal from the States.

The CBO estimates that US public debt to GDP ratio will rise from 40% to 80%, or about $9 trillion dollars. Should long term rates increase to 5%, the resulting increase in the interest rate bill alone would be about $450 billion or 3% of GDP. This can only be offset by an increase in taxes or cutting government spending or theft of dollars collected by the Federal Government that are then returned to states via programs like Medicare and Medicaid.

To prevent an unsustainable Maddof scheme like the Federal Government is now pulling off by massive increases to the stock of public debt as a share of GDP the debt bubble will soon burst. The burden of trillions of dollars of high debt levels will soon only be financed by default, a capital levy on the wealthy, the use of inflation to wipe out the real value of money, more public debt, and an increase in taxes at all levels of society.  Although it may be possible for government to reduce spending and cut programs this is a sacred cow that cannot be slaughtered unless it is for military spending.

Five years ago California’s Governator had a balanced budget amendment passed to solve the States wild spending programs.  In fact Schwarzenegger was elected because of the over spending poiicies of former Governor Grey Davis who was effectively impeached by public referendum.  However, it is clear that state legislature under Schwarzenegger’s guidance has continued to create more spending than the state could afford due to the fact the Governor signed on to the excessive spending with his executive pen.

Now Schwarzenegger wants California voters to sanction further debt by the passage of life saver legislation to infuse more money into the already broken political system of entitlement programs.

A product of the budget deal earlier this year Proposition 1A would boost the state’s rainy day fund, and invoke a spending cap and trigger the extension of recent tax hikes for up to two years. Proposition 1B would begin to restore cuts to schools if 1A is also approved.  Proposition 1C would allow officials to borrow $5 billion in state lottery money for general purposes. Propositions 1D and 1E would transfer money for budget use that currently is set aside for children’s and mental health services. Proposition F, the only one that polls show voters leaning toward approving, would ban raises for legislators and state officeholders in years when California runs a deficit.

Judith Younger, 49, a Santa Monica resident who works at LAX, said she had been leaning toward supporting at least Propositions 1A and 1B but changed her mind after reading “the fine print.” “I was discouraged and felt betrayed,” she said between spoonfuls of yogurt on the church’s front steps. “I don’t think it’s going to help.”

Schwarzenegger and other officials were trying to tamp down those sentiments. “We understand that anger,” the governor said. “We understand that frustration.”

If Schwarzenegger “understands” why did he go along with the lies and disinformation  in a continuation of spending policies of his impeached predecessor? Let us hope he “understands” why this bastardized legislative system needs its butt kicked.  Only then will all politicians BEGIN TO GET THE MESSAGE it is the people’s money and the train of debt has got to stop somewhere.  Why not in California!  Let California’s propositions fail!   Make the elected officials learn how to cut costs and run government more efficently! Let’s hope Californians are the first Americans to send a message to Washington, “We are mad as hell and we just won’t take it any more!”

But California has a contingency plan when these initiatives fail!  The State’s elected officials will give up more state sovereignty to the Federal Government to receive loan guarantees and other bail out dollars with all sorts of strings attached.  By fiat the federal government will ensure that liberal policies benefiting labor unions, special interest groups and others with Washington influence have their policies instituted at the revocation of laws already passed by the California legislature as a condition of financial assistance is a major string actually a hangman’s noose for the State and its population!

Michelle Malkin reports May 14, 2009, “that Barney Frank wants to Bailout California. Although Frank is in the process of drafting legislation that could create a long-term federal reinsurance program for municipal bonds, it isn’t clear what can get through Congress, or how quickly. Frank told Bloomberg News on Tuesday that he was “working with the administration now . . . to do something short-term” for California.

In a letter to U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner, Lockyer asked the government to in effect guarantee the state’s debt against default, so that investors would be willing to provide the financing at reasonable interest rates…

“The enormous size of the required funding together with the state’s current credit condition and the continued weakness of the municipal finance market . . . make it highly unlikely that the state can access the short-term market for its borrowing based on its own credit,” Lockyer told Geithner.

As the state’s cash shortage has worsened in the recession, Lockyer has for months been lobbying for some kind of federal backstop on new debt issuance, which he has said should be extended to all state and local governments to help pare their borrowing costs.

Although critics say U.S. help for California would discourage the state from solving its structural budget problems, Lockyer has insisted that his plan wouldn’t be a federal handout. The state would pay a fee to the Treasury for the temporary backstop, he said.

Riiiiight. And next they’ll tell us that taxpayers will actually make money off this “investment.”

Message from taxpayers to Washington: Let California fail.

While government spending surges 17.5 percent yearly, and revenue plunges 34.1 percent we have a President who is adding gasoline to the fire by expanding entitlement programs faster than America can print the money.

The budget deficit for the current fiscal year is now running at $802.3 billion. Under the terrible Bush Administration the deficit was $153.5 billion just last year.   Obama has dug this country into a budget deficit of more than five times that as 2008.

Comrade President Obama says that the $184 billion in TARP and the $787 billion economic stimulus package was absolutely essential to stop an economic meltdown.

OK then what about a $3.7 trillion dollar budget that requires foreign buyers of Americas debt to run the country when we need fifty cents of each dollar to come from outside the USA to fund governments operation?

Comrade Obama keeps telling the public that he expects that budget conditions will get better soon, even though the administration was just forced to raise its 2009 budget deficit estimate to $1.84 trillion the 2010 deficit estimate jumped 7.4 percent to $1.26 trillion. This means the economy is running a deficit equal 12.9 percent of the U.S. economy, unsustainable and all due to Comrade President Obama’s Marxist-fascist spending programs.

Who cares about medicare’s trust fund running out of money in 2017, and social security reserves running out by 2037, earlier than last year’s projection of 2041.

How does America expect to pay for these welfare programs?  By selling US Treasuries, but hello Comrade President Obama, no one is buying! The latest $14-billion auction of 30-year bonds was a joke as bidding was so  weak  the Treasury had to offer much higher-than-expected interest rates to get buyers to step up to purchase, an omen for the future.  Interest rates will rise to attract dollars to fund Comrade President Obama’s new Totalitarian State of Nazi government spending to send working Americans, their families and future generations into the torture chamber of America’s debtors prison camp.  Welcome to Economic Siberia my fellow comrades, you voted for this!

Obama Says U.S. Long-Term Debt Load ‘Unsustainable’ (Update2)

President Barack Obama, calling current deficit spending “unsustainable,” warned of skyrocketing interest rates for consumers if the U.S. continues to finance government by borrowing from other countries.

“We can’t keep on just borrowing from China,” Obama said at a town-hall meeting in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, outside Albuquerque. “We have to pay interest on that debt, and that means we are mortgaging our children’s future with more and more debt.”

Holders of U.S. debt will eventually “get tired” of buying it, causing interest rates on everything from auto loans to home mortgages to increase, Obama said. “It will have a dampening effect on our economy.”

Earlier this week, the Obama administration revised its own budget estimates and raised the projected deficit for this year to a record $1.84 trillion, up 5 percent from the February estimate. The revision for the 2010 fiscal year estimated the deficit at $1.26 trillion, up 7.4 percent from the February figure. The White House Office of Management and Budget also projected next year’s budget will end up at $3.59 trillion, compared with the $3.55 trillion it estimated previously.

Two weeks ago, the president proposed $17 billion in budget cuts, with plans to eliminate or reduce 121 federal programs. Republicans ridiculed the amount, saying that it represented one-half of 1 percent of the entire budget. They noted that Obama is seeking an $81 billion increase in other spending.

Entitlement Programs

In his New Mexico appearance, the president pledged to work with Congress to shore up entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare. He also said he was confident that the House and Senate would pass health-care overhaul bills by August.

“Most of what is driving us into debt is health care, so we have to drive down costs,” he said.

Obama prodded Congress to pass restrictions on credit-card issuers, saying consumers need “strong and reliable” protection from unfair practices and hidden fees.

“It’s time for reform that’s built on transparency, accountability, and mutual responsibility, values fundamental to the new foundation we seek to build for our economy,” the president said.

Obama called on Congress to send to him by May 25 a bill that would clamp down on what he says are sudden rate increases, unfair penalties and hidden fees. He also wants the measure to strengthen monitoring of credit-card companies.

Imagine a future where authoritarian power can manipulate public policy to its own image of control by intimidation and distortion of facts to subvert the truth.  Comprehend a watch dog media that has become the lap dog of the “Political Elites” willing to do the Comrade Presidents bidding.

Add to this federal funding of community organization groups like ACORN with chapters under indictment in two states for voter fraud and a Federal Government that will not investigate this corruption.

Consider the theft of trillions of taxpayer dollars to fund banks, auto companies, the largest insurer in the world and there is no accounting and these businesses continue to lose taxpayer money requiring more taxpayer subsidy.

How about Government nationalization of banks and the auto industry with Comrade Presidential power to remove any CEO and any executive that does not go along with HIS commandment.

Let’s focus on the mortgage crisis that was caused not by the banks but by Barney Frank and his congressional cohorts coupled with liberal interest groups like ACORN that pushed home ownership as a right and not a privilege.  Pressuring banks to follow new relaxed liberal rules to qualify for mortgages and then have the government fund the debt through Fannie Mae a Freddie Mac in the secondary mortgage market to European and Asian security markets.

What if the American Congress was the root cause of the mortgage melt down, what if they were told of the weakness and unsecured loans held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two years before this catastrophe and that legislative body did nothing.

Could it be possible that totalitarian bureaucrats would threaten bank executives to take bail out funds or be coerced to do so by use of government agencies and white house press corps that would result in the destruction of that business ability to remain active in the public market place?

Is it possible in this day and age that the Federal Government would impose its authority over states by flexing its financial purse strings to have that state rescind its laws so that unions would be compensated because they would lose out of funding should certain programs be cut by that state?

How about employee intimidation tactics through “The Employee Free Choice Act” that would replace existing secret ballot elections supervised by the Labor Relations Board with a process that would allow union bosses to know who was against them and who was with them by doing away with the traditional secret ballot.

Lets pick the latest scandal by Speaker of the House Pelosi who is lying about ever being told about torture techniques when in fact she was present and told.  Yet Comrade President Obama is prepared to throw attorneys who advised former President Bush on torture in jail for their legal interpretations.  Interpretations that were brought to the attention of the Speaker of the House who will not be subject to the same fate Comrade President Obama has in store for those not bowing to his political beliefs in private enterprise.

These are just a few acts of corruption that have taken place by government complacency looking after their own party politics instead of the American People as a whole.  This current democratic administration now in complete power at the capitol is just getting started.  Corruption will grow as fast as Washington’s power is able to take it.

Paulson Told Bankers to Take U.S. Taxpayer Aid or Be ‘Exposed’

“If a capital infusion is not appealing, you should be aware that your regulator will require it in any circumstance,” Paulson’s one-page list of talking points for the session with the banks’ chief executives said. “We don’t believe it is tenable to opt out because doing so would leave you vulnerable and exposed.”

In his memo, Paulson said the government would buy preferred stock in the banks, which he called “a significant part of our financial system” and “central to any solution.”

Three and a half hours after the meeting was scheduled to begin, Paulson had obtained the bankers’ signatures on half-page forms along with the handwritten amount of the federal government’s investment, according to the documents. He announced the actions publicly the next day.

In releasing the documents yesterday, Judicial Watch said Treasury initially said it had no records about the meeting. It didn’t release a transcript of discussions between government officials and bankers.

In February, California’s Democratic-controlled Legislature, faced with a $42 billion budget deficit, trimmed $74 million (1.4 percent) from one of the state’s fastest-growing programs, which provides care for low-income and incapacitated elderly people and which cost the state $5.42 billion last year. The Los Angeles Times reports that “loose oversight and bureaucratic inertia have allowed fraud to fester.”

But the Service Employees International Union collects nearly $5 million a month from 223,000 caregivers who are members. And the Obama administration has told California that unless the $74 million in cuts are rescinded, it will deny the state $6.8 billion in stimulus money.

Such a federal ukase (the word derives from czarist Russia; how appropriate) to a state legislature is a sign of the administration’s dependency agenda — maximizing the number of people and institutions dependent on the federal government. For the first time, neither sales nor property nor income taxes are the largest source of money for state and local governments. The federal government is.

The SEIU says the cuts violate contracts negotiated with counties. California officials say the state required the contracts to contain clauses allowing pay to be reduced if state funding is.
