The federal government has its fingers deep in the financial, banking and auto manufacturing sectors using the economic crisis as an excuse to extend taxpayer monies to gain leverage and control over these sectors of the economy for many years to come.  They now have their sights on the health care industries money and influence over all Americans.  With this final unconstitutional act Americans will learn to respect big brothers authority over their lives and accept governments pattern of intervention in the name of many rather than protecting freedom and liberty for all.

The exertion of federal power and the suppression of private rights, undertaken by a fiat Administration intent upon using crisis and confusion to breed the cancer of fascist government control is here and growing. Considering Congress splitting the health care legislation into two pieces one covering the budgetary matters, including enforcement of the public health care option with only a 51% majority vote, in lieu of one health care package that would require all sixty democrats to vote for passage in sweeping legislation that a majority of the public is against.  This is nothing short of Chicago style Mafia Boss behavior, at the command of Comrade Obama.

The cancer that Comrade President Obama is spreading is growing, as government aggression toward business outcomes it finds desirable are prioritized and focused on for acquisition.  Consider the nationalization of financial institutions, banks, the auto industry and now health care as contracts and private sector freedoms are cannibalized on behalf of the collective good as seen by the PARTY.

Remember the recent payout the government that gave Chrysler union workers whose contract claims were secondary and unsecured to the senior lien holders such as public teacher’s retirement funds, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs but through Comrade President Obama’s government strong arm tactics using the power of the Executive Office he engineered a wealth transfer from TARP bank shareholders to auto workers in complete abrogation of the secured claimants legal rights.

This in addition to these constitutional infringements, Mob Boss threats were made by the White House press corps that they would publically destroy the reputation of Perella Weinberg owner of Xerion if they did not take the deal.  The White House denied making these threats and Weinberg did not back down.

What hypocrisy, the $165 in AIG bonuses that were beat out of the executives by Comrade President Obama, but the same government aggression was not leveled against $3.6 million in bonuses to Merrill executives or the $600 million in payouts to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac execs.  Government aggression and heavy handed tactics under the authority of Comrade President to conform to new Marxist priorities in the face of unsuspecting, ill-informed and accommodating public.

Comrade President Obama is now leveling the full force of the executive branch against the American people who are asking questions of their elected officials and do not understand the benefits of Nationalized health care.  Americans know social security, Medicare, Medicaid, Bush’s prescription drug programs are out of money, and the President has not answered how a government run health care program won’t be bankrupt upon adoption.  Only bully pulpit Alinsky rhetoric from the White House cauterizing Americans into naysayers and extremists rather than answering the American people’s questions on health care reform.

There is a difference between reforming the health insurance industry with new clear standards and outright ad hoc government takeover as is being calculated by the liberal democratic majority.  This trend is very disturbing as the old rules for government following contractual obligations, constitutional precedents, and capitalistic principals are now replaced by brutal White House “Chicago Mob Boss” acquisition, control and payout to the army of union, ACORN, and main stream of government initiated organized crime to claim control of mass segments of America’s once free economy.

Americans are facing a new paradigm of government intrusion into control of their life and death decisions.  GDP is contracting at an alarming rate, unemployment is ramped up at 600,000 per month, debt is 187% of GDP, government programs are bleeding money, and foreclosures are greater than at anytime in history.  With new Government Mob Boss style control of American businesses akin to foreign totalitarian administrations this is a trend that has never ended well, but is coming to pass upon a helpless majority carrying handmade signs, it brings to mind the scenario of David facing a Government Goliath.

As reported here yesterday Comrade President Obama’s healthcare plan is headed for national scrutiny by a public that cannot understand his fiction from today’s reality.

The Congressional Budget Office’s numbers that show a major cost increase of one trillion over 10 years, and he says there will be no cost increase to both health care costs and the federal deficit? How can any sane person let alone the POTUS  make the argument that a massive expansion of government spending on health care will solve a financial problem by putting one-seventh of the economy under direct control of the federal government?  How can he repeat the absurdity that the federal government can save Americans money if they buy into it? When has the government ever run anything efficiently? Why can’t he explain to the American people what the details of the health care program are?  He says he will sign whatever the liberals in congress put across his desk on healthcare without providing any leadership in what direction this legislation should take?

Why is Comrade President Obama being so oblique on the details?  Is it because he is a Marxist-fascist liberal who hides behind his vagaries so that the true color of his ideology doesn’t shock all Americans of the monster they have let loose in the White House!

What of the asinine argument that a doctor will take out a kids tonsils instead of sending him home with medicine because the doctor can make more money?  Is this why we need National Government Health Care? NO!

If we needed specifics from the Comrade in Chief we got them in the softball preapproved questions from the press gallery about the arrest and subsequent release of a black man who broke into his own home and happens to be a friend of the Marxist-fascist President.

The President called this police officer who made the arrest stupid and indirectly a racist, as he stood at the podium explaining that “we have come a long way be we aren’t there yet” then told America that there are a disproportionate amount of black and Mexican people being arrested as compared to whites as if committing crimes and prosecution of them should be based upon affirmative action and quota standards not on the criminals act!

America now has a Racist in Chief who wants to get his hands on all Americans health records so privacy is in the “trust” of the federal government! The new Nazi commander wants to have “his government” make choices as to who lives and who dies.  How?  By government cost cutting measures that he will not outline, but will Americans believe the eloquence with no substance as he leads them to fantasyland by promising them an “E” ticket to the federal health ride that has life or death consequences?

The Comrade in Chief says the healthcare system is broken.  Where is it broken?  Because health insurance companies, Doctors, and the pharmaceutical companies are making profits the government must step in and control healthcare? What of the hundreds of millions and years it takes just to get one drug tested and on the market, could the profits possibly reimburse the cost of that?

What is wrong with making a profit in the USA?  Capitalism created the greatest economy in the world and one Marxist-fascist in the White House is attempting to make profit a dirty word!

The President said the Cops acted “stupidly” in arresting his buddy, the real stupidity lies in America accepting empty eloquence for facts that will have a direct consequence on their life and death!

US mandated programs outside the budgetary process are Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid as well as Income Support programs such as Food Stamps and Veterans Retirement program.  All of these programs are in severe financial shape and go to directly caring for Americans this is not including Comrade President Obama’s new unfunded mandate for health care.  It is anticipated that this new program will dwarf the following entitlement programs that are for all intents and purposes broke.

We are not even discussing the repayment of a $3.7 trillion dollar budget or the bail out trillions and the debt service to cover those loans.  The USA is sinking and foreign debt is the life raft!

Keep in mind today’s GDP is approximately $1.5 Trillion!

Social Security $14.8 Trillion:

Social Security is funded through payroll taxes. Through 2017, Social Security collects more in tax revenues than it pays out in benefits because there are 3.3 workers for every beneficiary. However, as Baby Boomers start to retire and draw down these benefits, there will be fewer workers to support them. By 2040, the Social Security Trust Fund will be bankrupt and 100% of benefits will be paid from that year’s payroll and general tax revenues.

The Unfunded Medicare liability is $74 Trillion:

Medicare is funded by payroll taxes and premiums which currently cover only 57% of current benefits. The remaining 43% is financed from general revenues. Because of rising health care costs, general revenues will have to pay for 62% of Medicare costs by 2030.

The Medicare Part A Hospital Insurance program, which collects enough payroll taxes to pay current benefits.

Medicare Part B, the Supplementary Medical Insurance program, and Part D, the new drug benefit, which is only covered by premium payments and general tax revenues.

Adding up Medicare Part A, Part B, and Part D in order to meet the obligations to Medicare current and future recipients would require $74 trillion in the bank today.

The unfunded Federal Medicaid liability – $673.7 by 2017 billion

Medicaid is a health and medical services program for certain individuals and families with low incomes and few resources. Primary oversight of the program is handled at the federal level, but each state: Establishes its own eligibility standards, determines the type, amount, duration, and scope of services, sets the rate of payment for services, and administers its own Medicaid program.

As the economy weakens more workers are becoming unemployed and many are enrolling in Medicaid because they have no alternatives for coverage.  As state revenues are declining they are faced with more demands for Medicaid services and fewer resources to pay for them resulting in a deepening worsening fiscal situation for states.

Medicaid represents 40 percent of Federal government general revenue spending on health care and 41 percent of such spending by States. Federal spending for Medicaid accounted for 7.0 percent of the entire Federal budget in 2007 and is projected to account for 8.4 percent by 2013. Over the next 10 years, expenditures on benefits are projected to increase at an average annual rate of 7.9 percent and to reach $673.7 billion by 2017.

All Other Mandatory Programs – $357 billion

These programs include Food Stamps, Unemployment Compensation, Child Nutrition, Child Tax Credits, Supplemental Security for the blind and disabled, Student Loans, and Retirement / Disability programs for Civil Servants, the Coast Guard and the Military
