Why aren’t the repayment of TARP funds going to pay down the debt? After nationalizing the Auto Industry, Banking, the Largest Insurance Co. in the World, trillions in bailouts to Wall Street, with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid headed toward bankruptcy, Congress and the White House  wants to Nationalize Healthcare?

As Comrade President Obama attempts to strong arm the American public as he has with the House and Senate, tonight he comes to publicly proclaim during the worst economy since the great depression, that we can spend our way out of this fiscal disaster with more debt!

By using Marxist-fascist tactics and a Keynesian economic model that has never been proven to work in comparison to good old American capitalism, the economy is slowly sinking into a depression.  There is no doubt the Comrade in Chief is pushing ideology over reality, when cost cutting and smaller government would mean less taxes to support his bloated government inefficiency, next he wants higher taxes and nationalized government health care, the upfront costs being $1.5 trillion over 10 years!

He tells the American public that he will not swell the deficit, but he is just playing with word semantics as this will swell the national debt to an even higher debt stratosphere.  He comes to the American public preaching cost savings while his government run programs call for cost increase  through taxes to pay for more and more Marxist-fascist legislation!

He and his SS commanders are so out of touch with reality that they think they saved the economy!

White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel told The New York Times Obama intends to use the news conference as a “six-month report card,” to talk about “how we rescued the economy from the worst recession” and the legislative agenda moving forward, including health care and energy legislation.

While the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Spain and Japan to name a few countries have national debt payments at or above 100% of GDP, the good Comrade in Chief has created staggering debt of his very own for all Americans to pay and he is not done yet!

As of July 20, 2009 the outstanding national debt is $11.6 trillion.  The debt payments in 2008 were $451 billion, a five percent increase in 2009 would mean $474 trillion. This does not include the current obligations for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the Bush prescription drug program which the Comrade in Chief is not addressing as he seeks to topple the best health care system on the planet.  Let’s not even consider cap and tax the cost of war and presidential plane rides.

Adding in the unfunded mandates the true national debt is $54 trillion.  To get America back on track would necessitate more borrowing. America would need to borrow five times its current rate to cover payments on existing government programs that are running out of funds.

There is no reason to keep increasing spending even if the economy and American public could financially support it. For the President to ask for more debt and tax increases from a population that is realistically at 16% unemployed, is a complete ego trip.

Tonight on National Television Americans will see how unrealistic and Marxist the Comrade in Chief is and how out of touch he is with American values and how close he is to the values of Castro, Chaves, Putin and Hitler.

After tonight his approval rating should drop as more Americans understand they are being lied to by a man who promised true change but created more financial misery at a faster rate than any other American President.

Remember this July 4, 2009!

Over 200 years ago America defeated King George of England in the American  Revolution. Today, King Obama and congress are the new American  Oligarchy, instituting the same economic system that Americans defeated to gain their freedom and liberty.  Many are now happy with their King, yet they have not yet had to pay for his tax increases, nor have they seen the damage to liberty or understand the generations it will take to pay for his Marxist-fascist folly to be paid for with freedom.

The National Debt is $11.4 trillion, the unlisted liabilities for social security, medicare, medicaid the current health care commitments total a US government liability of $45 trillion, all total US liabilities are $54 trillion.

Interest payments on just the National Debt amount to $452 billion as of last year.  It is quickly growing under the Comrade President Obama administration that continues to grow government at a rate never before seen in American history but for WWII.

Perhaps the war on freedom and liberty in America by the Marxist-fascist Obama government requires massive spending that will then necessitate massive taxation to create revenues to pay for the expansion of government and payment on the annual $45 trillion debt.

Imagine what the new cap and trade tax and the $1 trillion in health care costs will do to the existing debt.  Let us consider that federal income tax revenues were down by 40% this past year, that many baby boomers are retiring and many more intend to do so collecting social security and medicare benefits when those social coffers have been completely depleted by the federal government.

Only through tax increases to a shrinking employment base can those funds be replenished, think of the millions of illegal aliens that will be collecting these benefits and never paid taxes into the US only mailed back checks to Mexico.  The American taxpayer is the only source of revenue to cover government spending and pay for the government’s debt.

The National Debt is now slightly over 80 percent of the annual GDP.  This year’s budget deficit is now estimated at about $1.85 trillion.

Debt makes Marxists happy, Comrade President Obama states, “the debt is something that keeps me up at night.” He is obviously awake trying to create new ways to further borrow money from the Saudis, Chinese and Japanese.  In so doing he can and is creating an unsustainable financial catastrophe that can only be cured with higher taxes and more government programs that will require more government and taxation while Americans believe things will get better.

This is exactly why he is creating and signing into law massive government spending programs as fast as he and the congressional politburo can legislate into law, not to solve the economic crisis but to further increase government to solve the problem that he and his government bureaucrats are creating, all in the name of solving the economic disaster.

How ironic for this President to tell the American people the economy needs more government programs to fix the economic crisis when this is exactly what is causing America’s second depression.

The true disaster of this historic day as we celebrate the 4th of July, Independence Day, is that America defeated the same type of government policy’s it is allowing Comrade President to institute upon America!

233 years ago brave Americans swore to up hold the American Bill of Rights and gave their lives for liberty and freedom, today most have no idea what is happening to them from this Marxist-fascist Dictator Obama and his socialist followers.  The day of awakening is coming!

One thing is for certain, the debt of this nation must be paid with blood, sweat and tears from the toiling of masses, such that the elected American Oligarchy can maintain their high standards of living.  This while the rest of us can do nothing but prepare to fight the stuffing of ballot boxes by leftists  with people that do not even exist when the next election arrives in 2010.  Even Mickey mouse was able to cast a vote for Obama.

Where are hero’s for the 2009 American Revolution?

Thousands protest in Iran the election results that kept dictator Ahmadinejad in office this week.  It is strange that the American people believe in freedom and they won’t tolerate a ruthless dictators like Ahmadinejad, but they continue to allow dictatorial policies to be placed by government that limit freedom and liberty just like the Ahmadinejad regime.

The difference is that there are people in Iran who have the courage and knowledge of their loss of liberty while Americans sit and pant at every totalitarian word from their new dictator Comrade President Obama.

“People continue to have high confidence that Obama’s approach will work, even though they are hesitant about increasing the role of government and worry about the deficit,” said Andrew Kohut director of the Pew Research Center. “With Reagan, people worried that he was cutting government too much, but approved for as long as they thought his approach would fix the economy.”

However these Marxist-fascist fixes put in place by Obama require trillions of financial resources and will add two trillion in more debt this year.  People are not yet feeling  the price of more government upon their lives, nor is there a track record that government spending can bring an economy out of recession only the Regan plan showed that cutting government and providing incentives for business would ignite the economy and talent of the American people that did lead to expansion of the economy.

Americans now have the same group under federal indictment for voter fraud being hired by Obama to take the census now controlled by the executive branch, the same group that worked with Obama in Chicago that is now a federally extension of his office to maintain his power base and ensure future elections of “Party” officials, just like the dictator Ahmadinejad.

Comrade President Obama has nationalized banks, the auto industry, and is attempting a new power grab by giving Fed authority and oversight of financial firms banks and insurance companies posing a threat to the financial system, could be acquired and managed by the Fed.  This is the same entity that is responsible for the financial mess due to its quasi-government charter it was so loose with interest rates that its policies flooded the market with easy interest rate dollars.  The same entity that is buying treasury bonds straight off the printing press.

The people in Iran protesting their governments rigged election are showing a bravery and courage in the face of tyranny, while Americans sit back and watch the propaganda machine of the Obama Party via government news outlets ABC, NBC, MSNBC et al.  Completely oblivious to the establishment of a Marxist-fascist State right under their noses.  They have not yet felt the grip of a totalitarian regime but they are about to.

As Obama continues to nationalize and quasi-nationalize American industry he is moving for regulations that give Government power over peoples health decisions.  He has proven to be a Marxist-fascist authoritarian in other aspects of the free market now he is setting in place a legislative mechanism that will slowly compete with private health care causing private industry to drop the private care for the public provided alternate.  When this happens private sector health programs will be marginalized and uncompetitive and the market share will be gobbled up by government, and nationalization of another industry will happen.

Although the new government health care will cost a one trillion dollars congress is already coming up with new taxes to cover the next expansion of government in Americans lives.

The tax options include:

- Increasing the price of soda and other sugary drinks by 10 cents a can.

- Applying a potential 2 percent income tax increase to single taxpayers earning more than $200,000 a year and households earning more than $250,000.

- A new employer payroll tax could target 3 percent of employers’ health care expenditures.

- Taxing employer-provided health insurance benefits above certain levels – a less likely option but one that still is in the running.

Americans have no understanding of how much money totalitarian regimes need to generate for their expansion of government.  They have not started to pay for the extreme measures that sound so good and free, but they aren’t free and Comrade President Obama is not telling people the cost they will have to pay once government enacts these new chains to liberty.

The American economy cannot possibly pull out of this recession by having major sectors controlled and administered for the first time by the Federal government.  Nor can the administrations penchant to raise taxes on all segments of society promote an atmosphere for growth.  Larger government and higher taxes have proven to be a drag on the economy, and as the recession grows deeper while Obama creates more government that must be fed more dollars at a time when unemployment is rising and the national debt is growing Americans are not yet feeling a frustration similar to Iranian’s that demand more liberty.

As more national debt is created the impact to American lives not felt immediately is put off upon our children and their children, a selfish, pitiful and shameful situation by a society with no character.  Such a people deserve to live under the totalitarian regime they are allowing to be created, and face the same fate as the Iranian people.  This is exactly what is being instituted by their Comrade President Obama, government tyranny!

If Americans knew the true price of freedom, the value of liberty and loved their children enough to provide for their future they would never become the lap dog of a dictator, even if he is charismatic, intelligent and tells them what they want to hear.

How ironic that Americans won’t tolerate ruthless dictators in other nations while they build their own totalitarian regime, ignorant of their fate and unaware of the impending bondage to their lives and the lives of their children for centuries.

People are finally beginning to realize Comrade President Obama’s economic strategy, that by destroying the economy with more government, necessitating feeding off higher taxes and greater foreign debt the resulting damage to business will provide the government with “easy pickens” by rescuing failed firms, actually  nationalizing them.

Although he says he is not in favor of this, as did Hitler, he is not outlining how these firms will again regain their freedom to compete in the market place.  By placing in strategic management positions young campaign associates, actually liberal zealots, with completely no experience other than campaigning, who are leaving in the same positions people that caused business mistakes in the first place.  However, these people are loyal to “the Party.”  While in the example of the auto industry closing republican Chrysler dealerships was the rage, these socialist neophytes act as if they were the Messiah himself, even if they do carry the same arrogance.

So by controlling business via government policy that forces them out of business, they are following the Warren Buffet model of acquisition. He used the federal inheritance tax policy to acquire businesses just before thay were to be taxed to death, so to speak.   Here the Obama fascists are acquiring the too big to fails with government bailout dollars, actually taxpayer funds but held by the government, like Nazi Germany, or Cuba or Venezuela, has done because they are about to go out of business.

Comrade President Obama never tells the taxpayer how the money he has stolen from them will be returned or if it were returned how he would be given back, lower taxes would be out of the question.

Back to the Obama Fascist Model, the new pay czar, an American term now, although truly with dictatorial connotations, is intending new pay scales for all nationalized companies a template to be cast upon all US business.

But one business professional Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer went to Washington to announce what Microsoft would do if Comrade President Obama’s multinational tax policy is enacted. “It makes U.S. jobs more expensive,” Ballmer said, “We’re better off taking lots of people and moving them out of the U.S.”

If Microsoft, has to abandon the U.S. in order to survive Comrade President Obama’s hunger for greater businesses acquisitions in his drive to socialize America, what companies are going to stay?

Corporate tax rates for US firms are over 10 percentage points higher than other major developed nations.  Although the make up for part of this disadvantage is by a current tax code that allows a business to set up a subsidiary in a low tax country that provides untaxed reinvestment as long as the funds remain off shore. Comrade President Obama and his National Socialist Labor Party in Congress want to penalize international business by taxing this offshore income at US tax rates.  This will completely cripple US business internationally because they will no longer be competitive.

Then when they are about to go bankrupt the government because of National Security concerns will offer bailout money and acquire, oh yes, on behalf of taxpayers, yet another plumb enterprise for its taxpayer portfolio.  What does it matter that they will never see a return but only the loss of freedom, liberty and property.

It doesn’t matter to “the Party,” that this foreign capital investment provides a greater domestic employee compensation, or greater domestic exports and R&D spending that has been backed up by Harvard studies.  What matters to the Party of Marxist-fascist’s is control of American society by seizing corporations in the name of the taxpayer, with the lie that they will somehow benefit or that there will be a pay back.  This is all Dictator double talk and the naive American innocent and unaware are allowing rape, pillage and plunder to happen without a word.

In the worst economic times since the Great Depression Comrade President Obama and his “Socialist Party” are attempting changes that will destroy American business when it is needed most to revitalize the economy.  However, as Microsoft has warned, it will leave America if these corporate taxes are raised and no doubt so will many other corporations in a effort to survive the Obama-Nazi Purge of capitalism from the shiny shores of America.  America will be left with such a debt and such taxation that its children will read about “Glory Days” of American history, if the State allows such books to be read in schools!

“If you ask a government bureaucrat where the best place to invest would be, which industries are going to grow, what sector of the economy specialization will occur, their track record would be dismal.  The same can be said for most if not all economists.  The only people who are capable of making this forecast are businessmen, capitalists.  Businessmen require on the ground in the market assessments and adjustments to their plans to make decisions that will grow their capital.  This is their capital at risk not tax payer bailout money that comes free with no risk.  When you earn the money yourself or are obligated to pay it back in full, that responsibility is a weighty price and one that requires well thought out decisions based on in the field information.

The market that a businessman must travel has been a free price system of individual spontaneous decisions by human beings.  Those unplanned actions are not coordinated by anyone’s intent or designed to any one result.  The market does not coordinate peoples buying plans, and it does not work perfectly to a prescribed outcome.  What causes a market to fail so that at certain times large numbers of people are unemployed?

Government involvement in markets by manipulation of the money supply to central banks by the Fed Chairman, bailouts of banking institutions by the Treasury Secretary create artificial credit at a price that is cheap and without normal risk.  Businessmen acquire billions of this inexpensive low interest rate capital and make investments that they normally would not because their goals have a different future outcome than Governments plan.  Additionally, businessmen will be taxed at new extremely high levels on decisions not truly their own but due to government oversight and control.

Artificially low interest rates as now created in the market by government intervention are intended to create a high level of investment by businessmen but this will create many long term investments verses short term ones and will not create a sustainable boom but a bust.  If businessmen had to acquire funds at real market rates they would make capital investments that met their vision of where the market place was headed and risk a potential greater reward instead of playing it safe with government dollars locked in a 50 year rate lows.

This long term investment strategy being pushed by the Obama Administration will cause more of a crash to the economy and not provide jobs.  Smaller business’ that are the true engine of American ingenuity and growth cannot meet the collateral requirements or new regulations to acquire these government loans.  Without business growth there will be no recovery and unemployment will continue to higher levels.  Additionally, the degree of government regulations attached to the taxpayer dollars made available for investment carry such an inordinate amount of regulation and disincentive for any perceived improper use that the administrative cost of government funds are not worth the risk to a businessman.

Government socialist planning has not and will not work.  Bankers are now subject to toxic asset evaluations pursuant to an established government schedule.  The public may or may not be made aware of the results, but the banks do not have to release the information and government has a vested interest in not being publically criticized for market manipulations.  Therefore checks and balances in the governments procedure do not exist and any data will be unreliable and subjective for business decision purposes.

Socialist government planning as the Obama administration is pushing on America intends to allocate resources to its own agenda as if its social planners could take economic data and allocate business goals and objectives  to its own will rather than the will of the American people.  Each individual has special knowledge of what their own resources and opportunities are that a government planner will never ever have.  Collect these minds together and you create a free market place that government is completely unable to direct, manipulate or control as it is now trying to do.  The market place generates data for investment by businessmen qualified to read and interpret and therefore invest in for their future financial benefit.  Government as in the FDR administration will prolong the financial disaster that America is now headed toward with its green goals and objectives and nationalistic tendencies.

As Thomas Jefferson once said, “When government is afraid of its people, the people are safe, when the people are afraid of their government it is totalitarianism.”

Government control of American economic life is totalitarianism.  Government is now seeking common stock shares in 18 of the largest American Banks to acquire voting rights.  The government now or soon will own over 50 percent of General Motors.  The government now owns the largest insurance company in the world.  The Obama administration has created more debt than the combined GDP of America since its inception in 1776.

Economic control cannot be separated from the rest of American society, it is the means to create the ends for each and every family.  Totalitarianism is taking hold in America and men and women with the authority to protect America from this fate do not know how to stand on principals.  They are sheep in fear of losing their representative power for when in crisis they look not into themselves for answers but to what they think is best.  The rest is history!

What happens when Americans elect politicians who put their promise to the people who elected them below their allegiance to the State?  Let us hope that men like Mr. Schroeder, an Orange County lawyer, who is directing the drive against Mr. Adams one of six republicans who broke with their promise to the people of California and voted with the State succeeds with his effort to teach to honor their word.  When a politician runs on promises to the people that then elect him and he in turn votes for the State instead of the people who put him in office, there is only one place he belongs, behind the wood shed.

“I put my oath of office above any pledge,” Mr. Adams said. “It was a budget that required a whole lot of compromise.” Mr. Maldonado, who received particular scorn by casting the sixth and decisive Republican vote, said he regretted signing the pledge. “I wish there were another word or two there that said, ‘except in cases of emergency.’”Antitax advocates have launched bids to sack two of the so-called Sacramento Six for supporting a budget that raises taxes.

The cowards who allowed the impasse to be broken should be known for what they are, socialists!  Anthony Adams, Roger Niello and Mike Villines of the Assembly, and Roy Ashburn, Dave Cogdill and Abel Maldonado of the Senate —  are not conservatives but weak (RINO) republicans in name only.  So far only Messrs. Adams and Ashburn have been served with recall papers.

All six lawmakers say the State’s largest-ever deficit and a looming cash shortfall necessitated approving a budget with new taxes. “I had a decision to make based on the reality of California’s financial [situation], and you couldn’t balance this budget without raising taxes,” Mr. Ashburn said.

Whatever happened to cutting spending programs, standing on conservative principals and promises to your constituents gentlemen?  Men who have no courage, who do not love their country, who do not understand that liberty is a precious commodity that is based on personal freedom are not republicans.  Freedom of and for men to make up their own minds that their inner ethical voice is all that is needed to provide opportunity for men to find their own moral compass in society is a conservative principal of true republicans.  Men who stand for government stealing property in the name of social virtue to set up future theft in the name of the State are men who will lose their liberty.  Republicans who are elected on their word but break public confidence should be tarred and feathered and rode out of town on a rail like the good ole days.

Thank God for men like Mike Schroeder, a former State GOP chairman who indicated that all except Mr. Niello – who broke a pledge they signed in 2008 vowing never to support tax increases. “The whole point is to send a message that if you get elected under false pretenses and you lie to voters, then you won’t be allowed to finish your terms,”  Mr. Schroeder said.  He is also confident his petition to recall Mr. Adams will qualify for the ballot.

Let us support Mr. Schroeder who is a true American in the spirit of our forefathers of the American Revolution holding representatives to the task of keeping their word.  What if the men who signed the Declaration of Independence decided to support England during the war for American freedom instead of their countrymen because it was easier than keeping their word?  This is the problem with most politicians today, they cannot keep their word, and they do not understand what it takes to protect freedom and liberty.

Most American politicians have lost their moral compass that was handed down through generations to protect freedom and liberty from the tyranny of government intervention in our lives.

If men like the Benedict Arnold six were original signors to the Declaration of Independence we would not have liberty to protect, but would be speaking German in a global fascist State like weak men are allowing to happen today.  Watch the President of the United States cowering among dictators seeking acceptance turning his back on America in favor of global social justice contrary to the constitution of the United States.

If the elected politicians will not keep their word and turn their backs on American values then the consequence of impeachment is the only alternative.  Let us hold President Obama to the same standard as the Benedict Arnold Six.

Comrade President Obama has again shown his  colors, this time he has come out of the closet as a true totalitarian dictator, like the Castro brothers, Hugo Chavez, and Comrade Putin.  It appears Americans are asleep at the wheel, or will they finally all awaken in slavery?  The Commander in Chief has now made a blatant move to Nationalize America’s banking institutions, by not allowing banks that received TARP dollars to pay them back!  He has promised not to nationalize the banking industry, but this is how the world’s Dictators accede to power, remember Fidel Castro promised freedom to the oppressed people of Cuba when he forcefully took control of that Country.  We are witnessing the same lies to calm the masses while a Dictator consolidates power.

An article in the WSJ, reported by Stuart Varney, indicates that the Chairman of a prominent bank was told the Bank could NOT return the OK58F1 funds with interest by the Administration; additionally the Bank Chairman was threatened with adverse consequences if he persist (goes public) with his government encounter.  Details are being obscured in the reporting of this matter of most critical importance to America, out of a fear of retaliation!

Economic Trends Journal has been reporting on this slide to Totalitarianism for months and it is happening NOW!  We have been calling for a revolution for against the silent takeover of American Liberty and now it is clear our institutions, economic freedoms and PEOPLE are being threatened directly by the President of the United States.  It is time to immediately contact your Congressman and Senator and declare they put an end to this fascist dictatorship immediately!

If the Chairman and CEO of GM can be fired and edicts from Comrade Obama threatening Chrysler-Fiat to march to the fascist drum beat it is only the beginning of further oppression by this Dictatorial Administration.  If Americans believe that Comrade President Obama’s isn’t conquering America’s financial intuitions and automobile manufacturing it is time for the few good men to stand up and come to the aide of their country.

This is just the beginning of Barrack Hussein Obama’s overthrow and assault on the principals of American sovereignty, freedom and liberty we all have another thing coming if we think otherwise.  He is willing to use the full force and authority of the Federal Government’s bureaucracy to intimidate, threaten and coerce Americans into bending to his will or they will have IRS audits, FBI investigations, or worse – thrown in jail until the charges can be created to substantiate the crime.
