Why would the President of the United States for the first time in American history side with Cuba’s Castro and Venezuela’s Chavez over the abuse of authority by the president of Honduras when he went against the constitution of that country?

Perhaps the President of the United States is indeed a Marxist like his brethren Castro and Chavez who have voted themselves into a dictatorial status.  Perhaps the use of community activist organization ACORN, funded by the executive branch of the federal government utilizing US census bureau data will remind Americans of their duty to obey the Messiah.  Comrade President Obama sees other Marxists and does not promote freedom but supports the tyranny these countries legislate by his silence.  Take for example that our Dictator in Chief did not use harsh words against the election atrocity’s in Iran for ten days.

This man is not the leader of the free world he is the leader of the new American Nazi Party!

Consider the latest cap and trade legislation that allows for a federal police force to make sure that when you sell your house it meets all the new federal “green requirements” or perhaps you are using too much electricity beyond your allotment and as a result there is a knock at your door by men in black that inform you that you will be fined for such abuse of the new federal regulations.

California’s Green Housing standards will be forced upon all States with this legislation.  The construction cost for green homes using special glue for the plywood, special insulation, hot water heaters, windows etc. all building materials must meet special green standards.  The extra cost to build new homes will increase a minimum of 25 percent.  Construction of new homes in California and all US cities is at depression era lows as the Federal Government pushes to depress construction even more with punitive legislation.

It’s the Marxist-fascist agenda of Comrade President Obama and his Politburo congress that see this as an opportunity to remake America into their own Socialist Nazi Regime.

Americans must have their home inspected by a federal agency before it transfers to another owner to ensure it is energy efficient otherwise you must fund improvements or you can’t sell it.  This will really keep the resale home market in a depression era until the fascists are removed from office.  If local communities want federal money they will have to amend their building standards to those of the new US Nazi party’s national construction standards.  How about the shower Nazi a water saving device that the federal government will impose upon Americans that turns off automatically to save water.  Yes it is called the “Shower Nazi.”

This legislation is a cap on energy production by requiring 20 percent of energy be based on wind and solar with 80 percent on more traditional sources as long as it isn’t nuclear.  Unfortunately, the wind turbines can’t be placed in the halls of congress where there is more wind than any other place on the planet.

These goals are purely unattainable and the cost of building and maintaining wind turbines now requires federal subsidy because the technology is not efficient enough to economically stand on its own.  Another complete waste of money is to grow corn for ethanol that costs more in water, land, and production/conversion than other technology.  But it is legislated by the Obama Nazi fascist party, at the expense of the US taxpayer!

You have perhaps read these columns and think that there is some conspiracy theory at work with no real facts.  Consider that no one has read this cap and trade bill or the 300 page amendment that came to the house floor at 3 am and was voted upon with no one reading it! Imagine electing a communist dictator as president with a socialist politburo congress that are lock step with the Marxist-fascist philosophy and are free to attack the American taxpayer, the principals upon which this country was formed with the mandate of police state programs at will and you have today’s US President and Congress!

Consider the American Revolution that fought a dictatorial oligarchy just as the Honduras population is doing by removing their dictator from office.  However, Comrade President Obama and his communist brethren are all in agreement that to oust Honduran President Zelaya is a crime against society, when in fact the people are removing a dictator from office just as the American public did over 200 years ago.  We must remove these dictators from US soil again!

When life in America becomes hell from Comrade Obama’s police state and an economy that remains in a depression from government controlled socialist Nazi programs through taxation there will be a revolution just as there was in 1776!

U.S. President Barack Obama said on Monday the coup that ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya was illegal and would set a “terrible precedent” of transition by military force unless it was reversed.

Hugo Chávez’s coalition-building efforts suffered a setback yesterday when the Honduran military sent its president packing for abusing the nation’s constitution.

It seems that President Mel Zelaya miscalculated when he tried to emulate the success of his good friend Hugo in reshaping the Honduran Constitution to his liking.

That Mr. Zelaya acted as if he were above the law, there is no doubt. While Honduran law allows for a constitutional rewrite, the power to open that door does not lie with the president. A constituent assembly can only be called through a national referendum approved by its Congress.

Honduras is fighting back by strictly following the constitution. The Honduran Congress met in emergency session yesterday and designated its president as the interim executive as stipulated in Honduran law. It also said that presidential elections set for November will go forward. The Supreme Court later said that the military acted on its orders. It also said that when Mr. Zelaya realized that he was going to be prosecuted for his illegal behavior, he agreed to an offer to resign in exchange for safe passage out of the country. Mr. Zelaya denies it.

American this is a call to arms!

Freedom and liberty are under attack by our own elected officials.  They place ideology before common sense, they have forgotten their responsibility to the people and the constitution they swore to uphold.  Just as the German Nazi party put the needs of the State before the people all in the name of the people, Obama and his Authoritarian Party are building a foundation for police control, subservient tyranny, taxation and debt levels beyond comprehension, and a new society built not upon freedom and liberty but in subservience to the demands and entitlements and dictates of the Fascist American State.

As reported, to acquire federal control of private financial assets will necessitate the use of the term, protecting the public, by invoking the mantra of national security while using propaganda machines already in place but awaiting their financial backing in behind the scenes hand outs.

As sweeping changes to the financial sector are proposed on the one hand, giving “The Party” direct control of banks and the auto industry the harder sell will be the sacred cow of health care.  A multi-billion dollar industry ripe for the taking due to the now wide spread belief, not a fact, that the abuses of the health care sector have driven up costs and it is now governments responsibility to repair it by a national sacking.

There is just too much money at stake in the health care industry for Comrade President Obama to leave it alone in his quest to further cripple the economy in his pro Marxist-fascist political effort to destroy capitalism as a viable system in America.

Notice his administration is only going after the too big to fails, the Banking industry, Insurance industry, Auto industry, now the Health Care industry, and soon all industry must pay for saving the world through global warming taxes on all forms of power generation.  Taxes on oil, coal, natural gas, hydro-power, thermal must be done so that useless forms of power such as wind can be developed by government lap dogs like General Electric. Whose subsidiaries NBC and MSNBC have shown their willingness to tow the Administrations liberal progressive Marxist-fascist line.  And through their propaganda machines GE will be richly rewarded, as will the umbrella organizations of ABC the latest media acquisition of “The Party.”

Under a new the plan, expected to be released Wednesday, the government would have new powers to seize key companies — such as insurance giant American International Group Inc. — whose failure jeopardizes the financial system. Currently, the government’s authority to seize companies is mostly limited to banks.

Without legislation put forth by “The Party” the seizure and Nationalization of AIG could be set aside by court action since it is not within constitutional authority for government takeover of private business, but Comrade President Obama has directed and “The Party” is moving to provide government authority to take over any private business based upon an opinion of some Party loyalist.  Transparency is just a word used to get elected by the Comrade President, and it can be shelved until the next election, control of private enterprise is the goal as has been done by Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez.  What better way to fund the transparent expansion of government than by Federal Nationalization on the basis of National Security.

However, if additional regulatory support is required it shall be given by “The Party” as the Fed has acted outside its statutory authority in Nationalizing the banking industry, be that also unconstitutional, it must have the power to shut down any business whose failure the Comrade President deems fit to stop or acquire with tax payer dollars.  Let us remember the voting rights for those dollars are not under civilian control but relegated to “Party Bureaucrats” who profess to know what is best for the people.

The case in point is The Federal Reserve, already arguably the most powerful agency in the U.S. government, will get sweeping new authority to regulate any company whose failure could endanger the U.S. economy and markets under the Obama administration’s regulatory overhaul plan.  The new powers augment the Fed’s existing broad authorities to intervene to prevent crises that could seriously damage the markets and economy.

The Fed stepped in to save AIG last year without having such powers, but the result was a costly and muddled bailout that no one wants to repeat.

Let us not forget how inefficient government is by its nature and government run business will continue to be muddled, corrupt and completely inefficient no matter how much federal authority the “Fed” is given.  There will be no media coverage of federal abuses of power and any reporter who would voice an opinion will find their walking papers.  Considering schools are turning out Marxists reporters who owe no allegiance to American values for they have been bred out of the public school system by teachers dedicated to the Party, who would think to question authority?

ABC News now in major financial straits due to its loss of advertisers has decided to go “Green” with “The Party” and start a propaganda campaign never before seen in American history!  ABC will parrot the Administrations line on health care reform with a weeklong broadcast from the White House east room.  For Comrade President Obama to implement his takeover of yet another American business it would be a hard sell without a full-on state run propaganda machine.  Let’s not forget NBC and MSNBC are already bought and paid for through future Federal energy contracts with GE, they will also be towing the Administration’s Health Care line.  There will be questions from the ring by would-be objective Americans who will be cherry picked by ABC on behalf of the Administration.  A government choreographed media manipulation the likes that only Cuba, Venezuela and Mother Russia have seen let alone China, NKorea, Iran, and other communist countries to numerous to name.

Next Wednesday ABC News to be anchored From inside White House, anchor Charlie Gibson will deliver WORLD NEWS from the Blue Room of the White House.

The network plans a primetime special — ‘Prescription for America’ — originating from the East Room, exclude opposing voices on the debate.

ABC News will air a primetime health care reform “town hall” at the White House with President Barack Obama. In addition, according to an ABC News report, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, WORLD NEWS, NIGHTLINE and ABC’s web news “will all feature special programming on the president’s health care agenda.” This does not include the promotion, over the next 9 days, the president’s health care agenda will receive on ABC News programming.

This primetime infomercial should be paid for out of the DNC coffers. President Obama does not hold a monopoly on health care reform ideas or on free airtime. The President has stated time and time again that he wants a bipartisan debate. Therefore, the Republican Party should be included in this primetime event, or the DNC should pay for your airtime.

The theft of Public funds by two Fascist Presidents of the United States will finally go on trial in the Supreme Court.

Last fall Congress approved and President Bush signed the law creating the $700 billion Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP). Congress specifically said the funds could only be used for financial institutions such as banks, insurance firms and credit unions. However, TARP money was used by the Bush administration to provide a $13.4 billion bridge loan to GM and a $4 billion loan to Chrysler.

In March, Comrade President Obama told America,  government would guarantee the warranties for new cars sold by GM and Chrysler, expanding government fascist control in the name of the auto bailout. He also forced the removal of GM CEO Rick Wagoner and announced that Fiat would be purchasing Chrysler, with no legal authority and against congressional provisions.

In early June Comrade President Obama announced the federal government would be spending $30 billion on GM and taking ownership of 60 percent of the company and giving union workers a 17 percent stake in the company ahead of the secured interest of the Indiana pension fund holders.

The Indiana suit addresses this issue by raising the inequity in the deal as structured.  If the United States is a country based upon the rule of law where contracts are to be honored,  what kind of new society is Comrade President Obama leading this Country into, if by government fiat (no pun intended) it can unfairly favor the interests of the company’s unsecured stakeholders ahead of the secured stakeholders, such as the holders of Indiana pension funds?

This action puts the new National Socialist American Worker’s Party in complete control of the Auto Industry and the precedent to continue nationalizing any area of the American economy in the name of “The Party.”

The U.S. District Court ruling further states, “Plaintiffs’ arguments have even more persuasive force given that a bill, HR 7321, specifically designed to authorize the distribution of TARP funds to auto manufactures passed the United States House of Representatives.” “Passage of that bill by the House, even though not ultimately enacted, raises the question of why was such a bill necessary if the Act already authorized the distribution of TARP funds to the auto industry?” the court continued.

However, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Arthur Gonzalez ruled on June 1 that Indiana did not have the standing to challenge the use of TARP funds. The court of appeals issued a ruling late Tuesday accepting the case.

The Indiana pension funds added: “The Government’s action is not authorized by any statute, including TARP, and violates the unambiguous provisions of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (the “EESA”) and the Constitution of the United States.”

The President’s violation of federal law ‘breathtaking’

The agenda of Comrade President Obama is quite clear, and should be a wakeup call for those liberal progressives blind to the unlimited power grab by the executive branch.  How can their liberal Marxist-fascist President pit one class of unions, the Indiana teachers, against a union who contributed to his campaign, the UAW, while a foreign corporation, Fiat, receives a financial windfall of at essentially no cost?

There is only one answer, Comrade President Obama principals lie with a new society based upon Marxist-fascist authoritarian rule, let us pray that the supreme court see’s Obama for what he is and for what he is planning to do to American society, and stop this shift of power from the people to the Dictator in Chief.

Add to this federal funding of community organization groups like ACORN with chapters under indictment in two states for voter fraud and a Federal Government that will not investigate this corruption.

Consider the theft of trillions of taxpayer dollars to fund banks, auto companies, the largest insurer in the world and there is no accounting and these businesses continue to lose taxpayer money requiring more taxpayer subsidy.

How about Government nationalization of banks and the auto industry with Comrade Presidential power to remove any CEO and any executive that does not go along with HIS commandment.

Let’s focus on the mortgage crisis that was caused not by the banks but by Barney Frank and his congressional cohorts coupled with liberal interest groups like ACORN that pushed home ownership as a right and not a privilege.  Pressuring banks to follow new relaxed liberal rules to qualify for mortgages and then have the government fund the debt through Fannie Mae a Freddie Mac in the secondary mortgage market to European and Asian security markets.

What if the American Congress was the root cause of the mortgage melt down, what if they were told of the weakness and unsecured loans held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two years before this catastrophe and that legislative body did nothing.

Could it be possible that totalitarian bureaucrats would threaten bank executives to take bail out funds or be coerced to do so by use of government agencies and white house press corps that would result in the destruction of that business ability to remain active in the public market place?

Is it possible in this day and age that the Federal Government would impose its authority over states by flexing its financial purse strings to have that state rescind its laws so that unions would be compensated because they would lose out of funding should certain programs be cut by that state?

How about employee intimidation tactics through “The Employee Free Choice Act” that would replace existing secret ballot elections supervised by the Labor Relations Board with a process that would allow union bosses to know who was against them and who was with them by doing away with the traditional secret ballot.

Lets pick the latest scandal by Speaker of the House Pelosi who is lying about ever being told about torture techniques when in fact she was present and told.  Yet Comrade President Obama is prepared to throw attorneys who advised former President Bush on torture in jail for their legal interpretations.  Interpretations that were brought to the attention of the Speaker of the House who will not be subject to the same fate Comrade President Obama has in store for those not bowing to his political beliefs in private enterprise.

These are just a few acts of corruption that have taken place by government complacency looking after their own party politics instead of the American People as a whole.  This current democratic administration now in complete power at the capitol is just getting started.  Corruption will grow as fast as Washington’s power is able to take it.

Paulson Told Bankers to Take U.S. Taxpayer Aid or Be ‘Exposed’

“If a capital infusion is not appealing, you should be aware that your regulator will require it in any circumstance,” Paulson’s one-page list of talking points for the session with the banks’ chief executives said. “We don’t believe it is tenable to opt out because doing so would leave you vulnerable and exposed.”

In his memo, Paulson said the government would buy preferred stock in the banks, which he called “a significant part of our financial system” and “central to any solution.”

Three and a half hours after the meeting was scheduled to begin, Paulson had obtained the bankers’ signatures on half-page forms along with the handwritten amount of the federal government’s investment, according to the documents. He announced the actions publicly the next day.

In releasing the documents yesterday, Judicial Watch said Treasury initially said it had no records about the meeting. It didn’t release a transcript of discussions between government officials and bankers.

In February, California’s Democratic-controlled Legislature, faced with a $42 billion budget deficit, trimmed $74 million (1.4 percent) from one of the state’s fastest-growing programs, which provides care for low-income and incapacitated elderly people and which cost the state $5.42 billion last year. The Los Angeles Times reports that “loose oversight and bureaucratic inertia have allowed fraud to fester.”

But the Service Employees International Union collects nearly $5 million a month from 223,000 caregivers who are members. And the Obama administration has told California that unless the $74 million in cuts are rescinded, it will deny the state $6.8 billion in stimulus money.

Such a federal ukase (the word derives from czarist Russia; how appropriate) to a state legislature is a sign of the administration’s dependency agenda — maximizing the number of people and institutions dependent on the federal government. For the first time, neither sales nor property nor income taxes are the largest source of money for state and local governments. The federal government is.

The SEIU says the cuts violate contracts negotiated with counties. California officials say the state required the contracts to contain clauses allowing pay to be reduced if state funding is.
